Dissatisfaction and lack of fulfillment exist in the gap between expectation and reality.
This simple formula has been a valuable lens to look through when evaluating both personal and professional challenges.
It’s helpful because it requires an examination of both expectation and reality. And begs the question, what of the expectation and the reality is within my control to better align?
